PA Trip with the VanWagenens

Mark and Callie came to NY for Thanksgiving, and we met up with them in Philly for a day of fun. We missed them so much and are so happy they came to see us. Daddy worked overnight, came home and mommy drove us all the way there. We had a fun driving tour of the town, had some legit Philly Cheese sandwiches for lunch, and stopped by the Temple on our way out. It was such a wonderful day! 

Mommy's Birthday/Election Day

This year mommy's birthday is especially special because it happens to be the Election Day! While we were voting at Summit Park Elementary, Jade and her GS troop sold cookies outside! 

After voting (we are with her), mommy and daddy went to have a Sushi lunch. The next day, mommy's friends came over to have a hotpot lunch to celebrate more! 

Christmas Photo Shoo

We've sort of made it a tradition to take family pictures around mommy's birthday as a present for mommy :-) This year daddy took us to Lock Raven, a beautiful hiking trail in the woods for pictures. Jade wanted to take her easel and draw pictures while we were there. It was a beautiful day and we got some great pictures!

Halloween 2016

It was another super awesome Halloween we had in Baltimore! Jack insisted on wearing his Superman costume from last year; Jade had wanted to be a superstar since her birthday! She did change her mind a couple of times and wore different things for the many fun activities we did: Kailan for book character day at school and ward trunk-or-treat, vampire for community trunk-or-treat and the actual trick-or-treat. I think we had too much candy by the end of it. But I'm glad kids had so much fun!
