Other than the fact that John had to work Christmas Eve and Christmas day, we had a great Christmas. John did come home 2 hours earlier than usual at 10am Christmas morning, so we opened gifts then. We had Owen, Megan & Neil, Sarah & Michael over Christmas morning. It was a lot of gifts to open and a lot of fun. Overall Jade beat all of us and got the most gifts, surprise!!
Grandma and Grandpa came up and spent Christmas Eve with us. Jade had so much fun playing with Tinkerbell. She laughed so hard every time she touched that dog. It was hilarious.
Owen gave his homecoming talk the day after Christmas. He did an awesome job and impressed everyone in the audience. Tears filled my eyes when I saw my little brother standing up there, bearing his testimony. What a blessing the mission has been for him and for us.
We went to SamHawk, a little Korean restaurant with grandma and grandpa when they were up here. They also loved it. I mean who wouldn't?!
Jade likes to hang out with Uncle Owen and watch Chinese movies.
Mommy made a Ham dinner for Christmas Eve and hotpot for Christmas day.
Megan bought all the bath toys you have ever seen for Jade. Jade loves the duckies the most so far.
Daddy found a great place for stockings. Someday we'll have a fireplace.
Christmas morning. Opening gifts.
Daddy got auntie Megan a red camera :-)
This is one pair of the slippers Jade got.
Another pair.
Jade's very first stocking.
Uncle Neil's big toy :-)
Sunday evening we went to Hayley's for dinner. This is Hayley's famous killer cheesecake. Mommy got the recipe this time.
Jade is usually not cuddly, so when she is, it's precious :-)
Jade loves the new bathrobe grandma got her.
