A few random things:
Jade fell off the couch on the coffee table on Neil's watch.
Now whenever she sees or remembers her scar, she would pout her mouth and say, " Po (broken). Neil." Seems like she blames Neil for her own mistake :-)
Jade's getting more brave and creative on the playground. She's learned to climb onto the playset many different ways. She's also learned to swing different ways.
On a sunny Friday afternoon, we went to the duck pond next to BYU to see the ducks.
Daddy got a turtle out to show jade.
She's thus learned to say Gui (turtle in Chinese).
And she thinks turtles are always night night because they never move.
She loved our neighbor's tricycle. She could get on and off it by herself.
She's a little too short to reach the paddles.
I know daddy's anxious to get her her own bike.
Jade loves hanging out with Megan and Neil.
She has so much fun with them.
Dillard's started Saturday Story time. We went there too late. But there was still fun things for kids to play, like drawing stuff, books, big monster sacks to read books on, cookies, and balloons. Jade had a good time there. Oh the nice lady there also gave her some bubbles. She had the most fun with the bubbles.
Then uncle Neil took a break from work and played coins with jade.
Mommy went shopping while Jade was playing with auntie Megan. But when I came out of the store, I saw jade and Megan riding the train and waving at me. The train girl was nice enough to stop and pick me up. So the three of us rode for free, AGAIN! It's good to have GuanXi (connections), even in America :-)
We go grocery shopping every week. Chao's- Buylow-Maycey's-Sam's club. Jade enjoys shopping time, especially when she gets to drive.
