~~week 37~~ picnic in the canyon

Beginning of week 37. FULL TERM!!The week 37 checkup was nothing special. Everything seems to be going well. The baby will be about 8 pounds, above average for an Asian baby. But I guess she's only half Asian. Starting next week, the Dr. will check me and tell me whether or not the baby is coming.

We've got everything ready for her, all the clothes she could wear, blankets, infant carrier, pack n play, diapers, bottles... My mom sent me a package all the way from China. There are some cute cute Chinese baby stuff in it, including a way too big baby blessing dress. I'll have to use safety pins to pin it on her or something.

We went to Provo Canyon for a picnic with some of our friends. It wasn't easy to find a quiet place with not many people. But we managed to find a little park and had a fun evening there.

There were four cute little girls there. Each of them is cute in their own way. It's crazy to think soon I'll have one of my own!!

John and Dave cooking away.

They are grilling the Arby's burgers Bentley brought. Silly...I probably shouldn't post Addie's picture without the consent of the parents. She's just so cute.

THREE more weeks!!

What do you do on July 4th?

This July 4th, John, Mark and Callie decided to let the entrepreneur spirit within them shine through. And did they shine!!

We sold a lot of ear plugs and bracelets, but only ONE ice-cream! The weather was not cooperating. People aren't hot enough :-) So John and Mark have to finish selling the ice-cream on Monday during the parade. Dear weather God, Please let it be HOT on Monday!!

Look at all the money they made!! Just enough to go to Panda Express for dinner :-)

And John has to make a bomb out of the leftover dry ice. Too bad it didn't go off :-)

Keep tuned for the Monday sale :-)

BYU Teacher's Reunion-Asian Buffet

The Baileys are the glue of the BYU group, but they live in Washington. So every time when they are in town, the whole group will get together. It's always so much fun to hang out with these wonderful people. They are fun, kind, generous, AND they all love China and the Chinese people :-) I love EVERYONE of them.

Here's all of us. Some can't come due to family vacations and such. I wish we could see each other more often. The waiter took a couple pictures for us and none turned out. This is the best I can find, at least not blurry.

Us, Jessie and Sohil, the Baileys

We just love them!
They are the angels in my life.
