Two of my favorites from today, Jack in the 1st and Jade in the 2nd :-)

Underutilized Nikon

We bought the Nikon before Jade was born, hoping to take great pictures of her. But we seldom use it. It's just too big and heavy to drag around. Thanks goodness to iPhones, we are able to capture decent photos of our kids on a daily basis. But every time we see the Nikon photos, we tell ourselves we need to use it more. It makes our gorgeous kids over-the-top super gorgeous :-)

Little Drivers

Crystal, Jade's Godmother, bought Jade this Minicooper for her 1st birthday party, and she finally grew big enough to enjoy it on her own. Such a spoiled little princess. On this particular morning, we were practicing her parking skills. She wanted to park like the other people's cars, right in the middle of the lines :-)
Jack is also enjoying the benefit of jade's car. Luckily Jade is great at sharing, and she loves Jack. So they both got to ride in the car. Jade was the driver. I love seeing them together. The cutest thing in the world.

These Days

Show and tell :-) 

Jade loves puzzles. Jack loves the tool kit.

Jade loves going out to play on a rainy day.

Jade dipped her apples in ketchup. I think it's gross, but who am I to judge? I was going to eat chicken gizzards for dinner that night.

New toy: grandma's bunk bed.

Jack loves pulling jade's hair to show his love for her. Jade's a good sport and seldom loses it.

Picking up Sofule's daughter JiaYi at the airport. They were both shy for one minute, and then they started chasing each other and dancing and being silly.

Sofule's husband brought us some mooncakes all the way from China. Our Mooncake festival was complete.

Jack goes as well, but just to watch the big kids doing fancy stuff.

Jade loves to cook with mommy. She loves making pancakes for breakfast, and she's getting so good at helping.
