Jade learns to sew on Sage's sewing machine. 

Grandma sent the kids new clothes from China. 

It's been a cold winter so lots of indoor play. 

Snow Storm!

We're about halfway through ‪#‎Blizzard2016‬ and we've got 18 inches. The power is still on and there isn't much wind, so its all just fun for now.

We brought the snow inside and colored snow and made mini snowman. ☃

We've hit 28 inches out our front door. I can confirm at this point that 28" is enough snow to dig a sweet snow tunnel.

The morning after...Our snow total came in just below 30 inches. John's motorcycle was totally covered. 

A guy driving a bobcat was doing his best not to help people free their cars from the snow. I think his job is just clear the roads, but people keep asking him for help. I heard him complaining to a friend about it, so I didn't want to bother him. But when he saw me clearing off my motorcycle he stopped and asked me what I rode. Turns out we both ride Ninja's smile emoticon a few minutes later I had three parking spots cleared without asking. ‪#‎bikebros‬

It hasn't snowed since Saturday night, but the school just confirmed they will be closed all week. ‪#‎Blizzard2016‬ ‪#‎Cleanup‬ ‪#‎Wheredoweputallthiswhitestuff‬

Happy Birthday, Daddy!

Mommy and daddy went to the famous Aunt Shirley's for brunch on daddy's birthday! 

We had the missionaries over and had homemade hamburgers for dinner. 

German chocolate cake for dessert per daddy's request.
