First Day of First Grade

We still don't know why the bus never showed up this morning for the FIRST day of school, but we had fun while waiting! I've never seen a kid as excited to go back to school as Jade! She's made for first days of schools!!

Happy 9 Years!

Grandma was here just in time for Chinese Valentine! We went to our favorite donut shop and it was fun. 

For our 9th anniversary, we planned to go to Little Italy. Then daddy got a $90 speeding ticket and that ruined our plan. We ate at a southern food restaurant close home. It turned out to be really nice.

The Day Before Her Birthday

We finally took Jade to Build-a-Bear for her birthday and it was the best birthday present EVER! She had so much fun building her bear. Jack even got free one, thanks to the sale! 

Her birthday theme was Paris and she's been way into rockstars. Guess what?! When we walked in Build-a -Bear, they had a series out  that's all about rockstars in Paris!! How perfect is that!! She picked a Honey Girl-Singer-Fox and named her Judy after grandma! 

She wanted to get her ears pierced but chickened out last minute and got clip-ons :-) But she had so much fun exploring Clairs :-) Let's be honest. That store is accessory heaven!!
