If a new person comes to town, would they believe they are in a desert?!! No freaking way!! It's been raining so much it reminds me of the Rainy Season in Shanghai! I can't decide whether I like it or not, but John definitely doesn't like it because it ruins his biking plans. He's been biking every sunny day and he's even been up to Sundance for a couple times. Never thought he'd be so into biking. But hey it's better than being a computer nerd. :-)
We've also been taking advantage of every sunny opportunity we have to have BBQs because we got a new BBQ!! It's a portable one, mostly for camping, part of our emergency preparedness item, but it works great at home! Plus I love the color! John was so excited that he even came home early from work to put it together because otherwise he wouldn't be able to fall asleep :-)

We were going to go to the canyon, but it started raining (surprise!!), so we decided to stay at Wymount where Dave and his family live. It was fun.
Jade loved Danny's "kitchen". Maybe she'll be a great cook :-)
Now is the story of Jade and her watermelons :-) Jade loves all the food I give her, especially fruits, especially mangoes and watermelons.Maybe because mommy always has watermelons on hand :-)
