Merry Christmas 2015!

We had such a great time with the missionaries this Christmas. We're blessed to be able to share our home and the holiday spirit with such nice young people. We delivered cookies to our neighbors on Christmas Eve in short-sleeves. On Christmas day we had to turn on the AC to cool down in the house when it got to over 70 degrees. We definitely didn't have a white Christmas, but we enjoyed the warm weather!

Daddy gave mommy the perfect gift on her birthday. We went to the Arboretum to take some family pictures. They turned out great! 

Christmas Season

This is probably the first snow-less Christmas. It's sure been nice not having to drive on snow. But it also feels not as Christmasy. 

Jack and I made our first Christmas winter berry wreath; 

Mommy and Daddy went to see Star Wars. It was Epic; 

We baby swapped and took everyone to Ikea to see Santa; 

Mommy and Jade went to the Nutcracker ballet with our Girl Scout friends. 

We made red velvet cookies for daddy's coworkers and Jade's teacher. 

We are SO ready for Christmas!!

Santa is Coming to the Zoo!

We went to the zoo to see Santa. Jack was a little shy. Jade goes, "Santa, I don't know about my brother's list, but I think he'll be happy with any super hero figure!" She knows him well.

Jade also got to feed the giraffe. Jade, "Oh my goodness I fed the giraffe!! Oh no daddy's going to be so jealous!" Haha she's probably right. He's been checking every time we went in the past year but the giraffes were never out. ‪#‎suckstoworkonweekends‬
