We went to Lake Roland to learn how to harvest maple syrup. The most fun part was tasting different kinds of syrup and our favorite was the black walnut one. Yum!
We learned so much about maple syrup harvesting today. Did you know it takes 50 milk jugs of tree sap to get only 1 jug of syrup? I don't think we'll waste any syrup again!
