Nursing Degree Graduation

Me: Hey Jade do you know what I am now after graduation today?

Jade: No.

Me: I'm a nurse, do you know what a nurse is?

Jade: Ya I know! The Nurse tells the doctor what do to.

I received my bachelor's of nursing today. Which is huge. Nursing school is not easy, and I could find find a job that would begin a great career and pay well. But I'm not doing that. 

That's why what I feel like I did today was finish my last prerequisite. About a month from now I'll be nose deep in books, once again.  Starting my final full-time degree program. And about 21 months from now I'll be graduating for realz.

Good job, daddy! We're so proud of you. One year down, two more to go!
